  • The short answer, No. Although we can't deny pilates offers some great health benefits, it also has its major drawbacks - the lack of several key elements needed to achieve maximum results: Strength, Cardio and Muscular Endurance Training. Though both workouts are low impact, Lagree is performed at a much higher intensity and can only be accomplished by using megaformer™. Most who come from a pilates background never look back after trying one Lagree class.

  • The Club Lagree method classes are challenging. That being said, we welcome all levels to come and try out a class. Lagree is all about your own personal fitness journey, essentially it is you vs you. We have a “do what you can” philosophy, but don’t give up. Our trainers will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. We do have Beginner workshops these workshops will still be challenging and leave your muscles burnin’ and sweat drippin’, however we will focus exercises primarily off the front of the machine and work general Club Lagree Fundamentals.

  • As long as you come with an open mind and good vibes, you are more than ready. Especially if you are at all nervous or fearful, stepping onto the Megaformer™ will surely prove a very powerful experience for you.

  • We’re excited to hear you’re thinking about getting into shape with us! Club Lagree is a very efficient and effective way to burn fat and build muscle. We believe in learning by doing - and there's no better way than to jump right in and take a class. • If its your first time, We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to check in, introduce yourself, meet the megaformer™, talk with the instructor and prepare yourself for class. It also gives you a chance to meet other Club Members. Trust us, our Club is full of awesome people.

  • This workout is designed to work your muscles to muscle failure, so with that said, recovery is important! The amount of time your body needs to recover depends on your personal fitness level and nutrition. We recommend coming 3-4 times a week to get the best results. Our muscles and bodies cannot change without rest and time to rebuild, which is why we HIGHLY recommend taking two days off a week. This will allow your body to rebuild so you can see extraordinary changes to your body feeling stronger than ever.

Please no Jewelry (necklace, rings etc.) on the machine is it can get caught or damage the machine.

Please bring a water bottle and towel, you will get sweaty!

No Cell Phones during class or on the equipment, please leave them in your cubby

  • One of the keys to an effective class is listening to the instructor and transition times. The less time we take transitioning from one exercise to the next, the more time you spend stimulating muscle fibers and keeping your heart rate up. This translates to more calories burned and making your body into a calorie burning machine throughout the day. Listen for your instructor’s cues and learn the crazy names of our exercises, this will make a big difference in utilizing your time in class effectively.

  • While we want you to LAGREE with your friends, Class Packages and Memberships are limited to one person per package and are non-transferable.

  • In order to give everyone a chance to Lagree, we require notice of cancellation 12 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. For more on our policies, please visit www.clublagree.com/clubrules
