WHAT IS LAGREE?

The Club Lagree Method™ is a High-intensity Low impact workout that is adaptable to everybody. It's the perfect alternative to other high-intensity training options that can potentially damage the body. The Lagree method effectively combines resistance, endurance, core, and cardio training to safely stimulate strength, flexibility, and balance with little to no impact on the body. Men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from this complete body workout.

Our Classes will leave your muscles shaking, your body leaner, stronger and fitter than ever. We blend hands on instruction and expert routine programming done on a patented mega- machine called the Megaformer™. At 10 feet long and over 250lbs, the megaformer™ uses a system of springs and pulleys to work your entire body with adjustable resistance (up to 300 lbs.) The machine paired with the lagree formula of slow and controlled movements under constant tension makes Club Lagree the best workout to safely challenge your mind and body.

Small Class sizes! That means our instructors will be able to give you hands on help and motivation throughout the entire class. No more getting lost in a big group class!

SAFE

High intensity but low impact… a match made in heaven! Every move is safe on the joints and spine. There is no jumping or heavy lifting- only Slow, controlled movements without momentum minimize injuries and damage to the joints and muscles. Think bootcamp class without the impact.

We target your slow twitch muscle fibers (~ 51% of your muscle mass) which are scientifically proven to jump start your metabolism, burn more fat and ultimately, redefine your body.


LAGREE - ALL LEVELS

45 MINUTES

High Energy 45 Minute Full body workout is high Intensity, Low Impact designed to improve strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. This is a complete functional fitness workout. We combine our hands-on instruction & expert routine programming to keep your heart rate high, your muscles burnin’ and your sweat drippin’. This class targets your Upper body, lower body and core. We ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of any expectations as you take a ride on the state of the art megaformer. Escape in this class and transform your mind and body. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

MEGA BASIC BEGINNER

45 MINUTES

Want an easier version of Lagree? Well there is no easy version of Lagree. This beginner class will still be challenging and leave your muscles burnin’ and sweat drippin’, however we will focus exercises primarily off the front of the machine. Our High Energy 45 Minute Full body workout is high Intensity, Low Impact designed to improve strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility. This is a complete functional fitness workout. 45 minute total body workout suitable for all levels, especially beginners.

PRIVATE TRAINING

55 MINUTES
